in your dental health, you may select from the following
payment options:
Care Credit:
No interest financing can be arranged privately online through the Care Credit program. The Dental Fee Plan application can be made directly in our office or online.
Dental Fee Plan:
The dental fee plan from Capital One.
Money Orders
Cash
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Den Charge. Den Charge is a dental credit card which requires an application and credit check.
Personal Check:
Personal identification, usually a drivers license is required.
Debit Card:
We accept debit card payment allowing you easy record keeping and the avoidance of check writing.
Insurance Assignment:
We understand the value of insurance benefits and we will assist you in obtaining your maximum allowance. We will process your claim and estimate your deductible. You will be responsible in full for the costs of the treatment performed that day. Any insurance reimbursement due will be mailed directly to you from the insurance company. The treatment choices made are between the doctor and the patient and may not coincide with allowances by the patient's employer's insurance contract. You are responsible for the entire amount of the service.
